How Do Private Appointments Work?

Each appointment takes place at our private suite, where we provide 30 minutes of uninterrupted focus to ensure adequate time for questions, decisions, and placement. During each appointment, we can service up to 1-2 individuals, depending on the quantity of pieces desired and the amount of time it takes for your decision. Once we customize the chain length to fit your body, we then connect the two ends with a tiny jump ring and safely weld it closed. Because it's welded, there is no clasp, and therefore "permanent". If, at any point, you decide you no longer wish to wear the jewelry, it can easily be removed with a pair of household scissors. Permanent Jewelry is custom-fitted and therefore FINAL SALE.

How Do I Make My Selection?

We offer a curated selection of premium 14k yellow and white gold, gold filled and sterling silver chains sourced from one of the finest distributors in the world. We know your piece is special to you, and that's why we offer you options for making your selection unpressured; you can wait to make your choice in person at the time of your appointment, you can make your choice in advance by searching our current offerings listed here on our site—you can even contact us to preview our selections in-person in advance of your appointment to allow ample confidence in your choices. Whatever option you feel most comfortable with, we support.

What About Charms & Add-Ons?

If you are interested in a specific charm for your bracelet, please make a note in your booking & we will set one aside for you (subject to availability). If, for some reason we do not have the charm requested with booking, we will contact you immediately with options. Some charms such as Initial/letter charms require a pre-order

What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is when you purchase a chain, charm, or add-on selection in advance of your appointment and pay for it in full along with your booking deposit. Pre-Orders ensure that we will have stock of that selection available at your appointment. Without a pre-order, each offering is subject to availability and may not be on-hand at the time of your appointment.

Do I Need to Make a Deposit?

A $30 deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and will be put towards your permanent jewelry purchase on the day of your appointment. There will be a $30 charge at checkout in order to complete your appointment reservation.

What if I Need to Cancel?

If we are notified more than 24 hrs. before your time, your appointment can be rescheduled free of charge. If your appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24 hrs. before your booked time, however, the booking fee will be non-refundable.
